  1. I normally am not exited by armor, but the recent unpacking of yours has me tingling all over. A huge butterfly. I must do my best to the temptation to start another project!

    1. So many ideas and scenarios to be played out! And I am not half way through those boxes yet.

  2. A nice refurbishment. Good to come across a load of kit already built :-)

I have just had my interest in 1/72 armor re-awakened and have been browsing the Iron Cross rules from Great Escape Games.

    1. Yes it beats the long hours of kit bashing and painting that needs doing before the enthusiasm switches to something else. I will stick with M'44 for now, although I am open to have a go at other rules sets.

  3. I think you've started an Old School WW2 movement here, Bob! I've dug out bags of Type 1 Airfix 8th Army & DAK and unmade models to resurrect my old desert project: tempted to use Lionel Tarr rules too.

    1. That's the spirit! I am researching a Tobruk breakout scenario for my 8th Army bods.
